Ian Moffat, CEO, graduated from University of Calgary with BSc and MSc and University of British Columbia with PhD in geological sciences. He is a Professional Geologist with 35+ years of exploration, exploitation and development experience in North and Latin America, Africa, Southeast Asia, the former Soviet Union and the Middle East.
In his 17 year career at Talisman Energy, he played an instrumental role in significant oil and gas discoveries in Western Canada, Algeria, Sudan, Peru and Colombia.
Most recently, Dr. Moffat was VP Exploration of Argentinian focused Arpetrol.

Michael Cvetanovic, President, graduated in Geology from Carleton University in 1979. He has 30 years of international oil company experience, primarily in the Asia Pacific Region, where he lived for nearly 20 years.
In 1994, he co-founded Pacific Tiger Energy, a Canadian public company operating in Thailand and New Zealand. From 2004-2008, he was the Exploration Manager for Talisman Indonesia, in Jakarta, where he developed and implemented exploration strategies that resulted in Talisman’s emergence as a major exploration player in Indonesia.
In 2008, Mr. Cvetanovic moved to Toronto, to work for an energy hedge fund and subsequently two private domestic gas focused production companies.

Terry Lynch, Executive Chairman, currently Chairman of Chilean Metals Inc, formerly International PBX Ventures, where he was CEO from 2012 to 2016. Mr. Lynch has had a varied and successful career focused on start-up and turn around opportunities in Energy, Technology, Bio-Technology, Mining, Media, and Industrials.
A Graduate of St. Francis Xavier University BBA with a joint-honors in Economics, Mr. Lynch started his career in commercial real estate in Calgary in 1981, eventually moving to Toronto in 1986 in the same field, and left a successful practice to launch his first start-up company Pallet. Pallet would grow from idea to a run rate of over $200 Million in sales over the course of four years as it grew into North America’s largest manufacturer of wooden pallets.
Post Pallet, Lynch was involved as an Angel Investor start-up board member and executive for several Energy (Pacific Tiger), Technology (Prolessons.com) and Mining (Reliefgold) ventures. In 2007, he became a partner in Kingsmill Capital, a Limited Market Dealer where he again funded and invested in numerous start-up technology and biotechnology firms.
In 2006 Lynch became active first as a director and later working for an activist investor group as CEO of TSX Venture listed Firstgold. This experience was replicated with his launching of a successful proxy battle for control of International PBX Ventures where he now remains Chairman as the company looks to emerge from greatest recession in mining history.

Stephen Jackson, Geophysicist, is based in Houston, Texas and has over 35 years experience in all provinces and plays of the Gulf Coast onshore Louisiana / Texas and offshore on the Gulf of Mexico Shelf.
Overall career emphasis has primarily been onshore Gulf Coast prospect generation / mapping and development geophysical interpretation.
Mr. Jackson has many years of experience with prospect and dataroom reviews.
Kiernan Lynch, CFA, – graduated in 2010 from St. Francis Xavier University with a BBA majoring in Finance. Mr. Lynch is a CFA charterholder with an expertise in financial modelling for oil and gas companies.
He has spent the past 6 years working as an analyst at Full Cycle Energy, an energy hedge fund, and was primarily responsible for business development and cost saving initiatives.
Currently Kiernan is based in Toronto and is working at Blueberry Venture Partners where he provide advisory services to micro-cap companies.
